Here, children aged 0-5 experience a supportive environment where strong relationships become the building blocks for their future. We focus on building secure relationships between children and educators, closely following home routines, and supporting each child in meeting their developmental milestones. The government funding rates are currently set at £7.67 per hour for 3–4-year-olds and £10.87 per hour for Busy2s and Working Family 2-year-olds. These rates do not cover the true cost of delivering the high-quality care and education we provide. In particular, they do not cover food, additional hours, consumables, curriculum enrichment, or the wider services that families value at YEK, including highly qualified nursery teachers.

We've found 7 Preschools and kindergardens in Bayswater, with 4 having vacancies for your little one. The contribution by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples to the education of young children existed long before our story began. Attending kindergarten in the same Local Community Area in which you live meets Priority Two of the Priority of Access criteria.
Our passionate Educators provide high-quality early childhood education, fostering creativity, problem-solving, and social skills. You can find a complete list of all kindergarten programs via the Find A Kinder Program website. These small sessions are for children aged 12 months to 2 years old. They are designed to help children prepare for nursery, as well as enabling both parents and children to experience life at Young England. You'll need to pay out-of-pocket for any additional hours at a second service. If the second service is long day care, the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) may help cover the extra costs.
Groups and session times may need to change based on the registrations we receive. If your preference is to attend a kindergarten not listed above you will need to contact them directly. It is expected a final decision will be made in mid-2023, incorporating the panel’s input and the details of our comprehensive service review.
Get ready for a week of festive fun, movement, and creativity with Over The Top Kids! Additional afternoon sessions are available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays (12 pm – 3.30 pm). Situated in the heart of Bayswater, near the serene Hyde Park, our state-of-the-art facility features a beautiful garden and has been thoughtfully designed by Early Years professionals with decades of experience.
