Early Childhood Learning Centres

Early Childhood Learning Centres

We recognise the importance of being aware, listening, and providing support to enhance children’s needs, interests, and strengths. We encourage families to participate in decision-making to enrich their child’s learning during these early years. We provide numerous opportunities for families to engage with and contribute to their child’s preschool experience in meaningful ways. This might include sharing their occupations, hobbies, skills, interests, cultures, stories, gardening, cooking, music, and much more. Transitioning to pre-school or school from a beloved child care centre is a big milestone for children. No matter which of our South West Brisbane Centres is the best fit for your family, you will find engaging indoor and outdoor environments for children aged six weeks to six years.

Every day at Orchard is filled with purposeful play, guided exploration, and supportive teaching that helps children build strong foundations for lifelong learning. Our passionate educators are not only qualified and experienced but also deeply committed to each child’s growth, development, and happiness. When selecting a preschool, there are several criteria that parents should consider to ensure that their child’s early educational needs are met.  First, an inviting and stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity and exploration is key. Additionally, qualified and passionate educators are an integral component of any successful early childhood programme.
We will do this by deepening our understanding, acceptance, and openness. Our aim is for children to have a positive learning experience that allows them to progress at their own individual level and develop a love for learning. We value the process of play over the final product, respecting each child's engagement in their learning.
