The only negatives I would mention would be the local nightlife as several of the suburbs in the east were originally designated 'dry zones' which limited the development of local pubs and clubs. The demographics of the area are still generally on the older end of the spectrum but this is changing with more families coming to the area. Local eateries, coffee shops and 24X7 shopping centers have more recently been built which does help these detractions.
