Most of the mall is outdoors with a section in doors. Large parking available and it's also next to Taichung peir. Wonderful places and so many shops selling from clothes to electronics.
The restaurant has indoor dining and sometimes a small crowd will be there for their orders. My recommendation is to try tofu with noodles and bamboo shoot soup. Taitung Art Museum has a large area with lots of outdoor activities which make up for the not many indoor exhibition spaces. This is a place worth for visit and great for local to hangout and enjoy their free time. The museum is closed on Monday and open 9AM – 5PM from Tuesday to Sunday, but the green space outside is open for everyone all year round. Laima Picture Book Museum is located in an alley.
